You are loved. You are worthy. You are enough.

You are so very loved

You. Are. So. Very. Loved.

You must believe me when I say it. You are loved. Sometimes it is difficult to recognize both this and your own value. You are indeed worth more than you can comprehend, even without anyone telling you today, yesterday, or tomorrow.

Loving Affirmations...

Change your perceptions by partaking in this simple exercise. Find a moment today to seek out a quiet place to sit in contemplation. Close your eyes, relax, and take three slow, deep breaths. Then speak these loving affirmations to yourself…

  • I am safe. I am supported. I am protected.
  • Self-love comes to me with ease.
  • I let go of negative self-talk.
  • I have much to celebrate about myself and my life.
  • I am grateful for the love that surrounds me.
  • I am love. I am loving. I am loved.

Now, b-r-e-a-t-h in love. B-r-e-a-t-h out peace. {repeat three times.}

The love you give away...

In addition, recognize that the love you share (both with yourself and others) is the greatest love of all. You may have heard of the law of attraction. The energy we put out into the universe is the energy we attract. Thus the love (the most powerful of energies) that we put out into the universe is the love we attract. Furthermore, another law states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it can only be transformed from one form to another. Thus, you must have first been loved in order to give love away. There it is. You are loved.

Remember always....

So remember… today on Valentine’s Day, and every day…. You are valuable. You are worthy. You are beautiful. You are enough. And you are indeed so very loved.

Happy Valentine's Day!

xoxo always,

While I try to be a kind person towards others – you know, kind words, kind thoughts, kind actions – I treat myself fairly poorly. I have gotten pretty darn good at criticizing myself. I tell myself I’m not a good enough wife, mother, friend. I’m not talented enough, good-looking enough, or fit enough. It can go on and on.  But lately I have been thinking. What if? What if I thought and spoke kind, positive, affirming words to myself instead? I speaking of positive affirmations. […]
